水平輥道式平（彎）鋼化機組由裝卸片輥道、電爐、平（彎）鋼化成型冷卻區、風系統以及計算機控制系統等部分組成。本機組計算機控制系統采用性能優良的高檔上位機及可編程序控制器，并配有功能強大的監控軟件，人機界面更合理，自動化程度更高，使得操作極為方便快捷，并可進行故障監測和自動報警。經過預處理的玻璃板送進電爐加熱至合適的溫度，然后輸送到鋼化成型冷卻區進行成型和冷卻，最后獲得成品平（彎）鋼化玻璃。本機組主要用于生產汽車用、建筑用及裝飾用平（彎）鋼化玻璃。
The Horizontal Roller Horizontal (Bent) tempering unit is composed of sheet loading and unloading roller, electric, horizontal (Bent) tempering, forming and cooling zone, air system as well as computer control system and etc. The computer control system of this unit selects top-end PC and PLC with good performance, equipped with monitoring software with many functions, so that man-machine interface is more reasonable, automatic degree is higher, operation is very easy and fast, monitoring fault and automatic alarming could be done. After pretreated, glass sheet is delivered into the electric cooker for heating to proper temperature, and then into tempering, forming and cooling zone for forming and cooling, at last, become a finished horizontal (bent) tempered glass. This unit is mainly used for producing horizontal (bent) tempered glass for automobile, architecture and decoration.
